The Internal World Membership

Service Description

The Internal World Membership is a monthly membership for when being in your own company feels uncomfortable... but losing yourself in connection isn’t working either. With four live circles every month, it’s a space where you’re not performing, fixing, or trying to be what someone else needs, but learning how to actually stay with yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable. Sit in connection without immediately giving yourself away. Notice what gets stirred up in connection... and learn to stay with it before it starts deciding for you. Build a different relationship with yourself, not just other people. Feel less alone... without relying on the wrong kind of connection. So connection stops feeling like something you have to earn... and starts feeling like something you can actually be in.
