I Didn’t Just Study This Work.. I Lived It

The woman Behind The Therapist

My dad passing was the point where everything finally collapsed in on itself.

Years of grief, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, abandonment wounds and searching for love, validation and identity in everyone else had already been building underneath the surface for a long time.. but losing him felt like the final crack in the foundation. The straw that broke the camel’s back.

Internally, there was this constant feeling of being unlovable, unwanted and never quite enough. Life felt heavy. So did I. Existing felt easier than living.

Then came the part nobody really prepares you for about rock bottom.. eventually, after lying there emotionally for long enough, you realise nobody is coming to drag you out of it.

And strangely enough, that became the beginning of everything changing.

Because for so much of my life, choosing myself felt wrong. Like I was letting people down. Like my needs mattered less. Like my role was to hold everyone else together while slowly abandoning myself in the process.

the woman i had to rebuild

But sitting in the watery depths of rock bottom for so long taught me something painful and freeing at the same time..

The person I had been letting down the most was me.

So I made a commitment to myself.

A decision to start showing up for myself in whatever small way I could each day.

One choice at a time.

One boundary at a time.

One uncomfortable truth at a time.

Those tiny moments slowly became the building blocks of my inner empire.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped searching outside of myself for the love, safety and identity I had spent years craving from everyone else.

I stopped giving love endlessly hoping someone would finally hand it back to me in return.

Instead, I became the love of my own life and reclaimed my place at the centre of it.

Where Psychology Meets The Subconscious

My work combines psychology, hypnotherapy, trauma-informed practices and grounded spirituality to help women understand the deeper patterns shaping their relationships, emotions and identity. To me, spirituality is not about escaping yourself.. it’s about understanding yourself.

Through subconscious work, emotional awareness, shadow work and self-observation, we begin uncovering the beliefs, survival patterns and attachment wounds driving the cycles you keep finding yourself stuck inside.

Rebuilt With Love

Not the kind I spent years searching for in everyone else.. the kind I finally started giving to myself.

A huge part of my purpose is challenging the spiritual narratives that keep people disconnected from their own accountability, identity and power.

Too much of the online healing space encourages people to stay inside labels, wounds and victimhood instead of helping them understand themselves more deeply. My work is about awareness, responsibility, emotional honesty and reconnecting with the self beneath the conditioning.

I’m not interested in teaching women how to stay comfortable inside their wounds.

I want them to remember who they were before survival became their identity.

My Mission

One of my biggest long-term missions is bringing emotional wellness tools into primary schools and becoming an advocate for emotional education being integrated into the curriculum.

Children are taught maths, English and science.. but very little about emotions, self-awareness, emotional regulation, relationships or understanding themselves psychologically.

Yet those are the things that shape so much of our adult lives. So much pain carried into adulthood begins in childhood environments where emotions were ignored, punished or never understood properly in the first place.

Changing that conversation matters deeply to me.
