Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to appointments booked with Vicci O'Reilly, trading as Vicci O'Reilly Hypnotherapy, through www.viccioreilly.com.
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment:

48 hours or more before your session: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Less than 48 hours before your session: no refund will be provided.
This policy is in place because appointment time is reserved specifically for you and late cancellations may leave insufficient time for the appointment to be offered to somebody else.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
